Our client is a multinational company that trades in commodities and mines. Their main office is in Switzerland. They are the largest commodities trading company in the world. In 2010, they had 60% of the international market for zinc, 50% of the global market for copper, 9% for grains, and 3% of the international oil market.
- Our client used a SharePoint 2013 environment, which will no longer be supported after April 2023.
- They wanted to migrate all their content files, documents, and applications from the 2013 environment to the SharePoint 2019 On-premise version.
- Their staff was using a classic SharePoint Intranet portal due to which the adoption and usability of the portal were reduced.
