One-time data collection during product registration:
- Name and Email of the admin user for product registration
- Domain Name

- Your location, City, Region, Country, Zip Code & Time zone.
For Employee Directory, Employee Onboarding & Knowledge Management Add-ins we collect following additional information:
- Date and time of your visit
- Pages you visited, and how many "hits" a particular item is receiving and links "clicked"
- Data relating to malfunctions or problems occurring when you use our add-ins
- Data about your use of the add-ins, and particular features thereof, and how frequently you use them.
2 How We Use Personal Data
We use the data we collect to provide you the products we offer, which includes using data to improve and personalize your experiences. We also may use the data to communicate with you, during support consulting or troubleshooting sessions and sharing new product updates with you. However, we do not use what you say in email, chat, video calls or voice mail, or your documents, photos or other personal files to target third party ads to you. As you are our valuable customer, we may use your organization name and logo on our customer list.

We do not share your personal data with Advertisement providers or any third parties.

Retention. BeyondIntranet will retain personal data you provide us as long as we need it to provide Services related to you. If you ask to delete your personal data with BeyondIntranet, BeyondIntranet will initiate deletion of this data after 30 days. Please note: there may be some latency in deleting this data from our servers and storage and we may retain this data if necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce BeyondIntranets’ agreements.

We strive to maintain the accuracy of any personal data that may be collected from you, and will use our commercially reasonable efforts to respond promptly to update our database when you tell us the data in our database is not accurate. 7 How do we protect visitor information?
Our website and apps are scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. If you suspect unauthorized access to your data, please contact BeyondIntranet.
We do not have any commercial/non-profit advertisements on our site or apps.
