After collecting all the initial requirements, we work on the Teams awareness, user adoption, governance, and training plans for your organization. This is covered in detailed business requirement documents and shared across with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met with consent across both parties.

Awareness, configuration, and training for user adoption – 24 hrs
MS Teams basic awareness is shared with the users, IT administrators, and external users. We conduct multiple sessions with the group to share high-level as well as advanced features of the platform.
The basic configuration is done by the users and the client IT team so they can have hands-on experience on the platform. On-demand Q and A sessions are conducted by us when the user team faces questions while playing around with the tool.
Deliverables
Sharing Governance rules, best practices, and Policy documents – 56 hrs
This session holds importance to the client’s IT team who can understand how to set up Teams governance policies and procedures for the smooth functioning of the platform across the organization. We also share relevant industry use cases for specific industries, best practices guides, and other policy documents to be followed up by clients’ IT and user teams.
