Steps to configure the RSS Viewer for SharePoint lists

Download the WSP from here
Unzip the contents and upload the WSP file in Solutions section in Site Collection Administration Settings
Activate the solution
Navigate to the page and Add the RSS Viewer from the Webpart menu
Edit the Webpart and add your list RSS urls
